Content Designer – Part-time

Attesa Coffee

• Design and create high-quality visual and written content using Canva and other graphic design applications for social media, newsletters, blogs, and the company website. • Assist with updating and maintaining Attesa Coffee’s social media presence, including scheduling Instagram and Facebook updates. • Ensure all visual and written content adheres to Attesa Coffee’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look, tone, and messaging across all platforms. • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, digital brochures, and event-related assets to support sales, marketing, and business development activities. • Leverage AI-assisted design tools and digital content trends to improve content production efficiency, creativity, and audience engagement across marketing channels.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Communications or Marketing related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in content creation, graphic design, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools for creating digital content and marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and an understanding of content scheduling tools.
  • Experience using AI-powered content creation and design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely in the European time zone and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit 20-24 hours per week of work (part-time) hours.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member alongside other teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate within the team.
