Job Description
Content Marketer – Editorial, Thought Leadership
Insider One
• Own and lead executive thought leadership content program at Insider One — including ghostwritten articles, keynotes, speeches, opinion pieces, presentations, and media commentary. • Develop high-impact long-form content, including blog posts, whitepapers, research reports, and customer stories that strengthen company's leadership positioning. • Partner directly with the founders, executive team, and cross-functional leaders at Insider One to translate their perspectives into high-quality editorial outputs. Build scalable frameworks for creating content even when stakeholder input is limited, fragmented, or last-minute. • Conduct research across MarTech, AI, SaaS, and enterprise CX topics to create best-in-class insights, benchmarks, and original POVs. • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, AR, Comms, and Sales teams to align messaging. • Use AI tools (LLMs, agents, augmentation platforms) to research, accelerate drafts, refine content, and scale output while maintaining human editorial quality. • Adapt complex, technical, or data-driven topics into clear, accessible, business-relevant storytelling for multiple audiences. • Own internal presentation and narrative development for select high-stakes investor meetings, partner presentations, and leadership briefings.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in editorial content, thought leadership, or executive communications, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, AI, or adjacent B2B technology industries.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills — with a sharp instinct for voice, structure, and narrative flow.
- Direct experience ghostwriting or writing on behalf of senior executives for US-market audiences is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex ideas, such as technical or product information, and quickly turn partial information into high-quality drafts.
- Experience applying AI tools and platforms as part of content creation, research, and workflow optimization.
- Curious mindset with a passion for technology, SaaS business models, AI trends, and enterprise customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience applying AI tools, LLMs, and generative platforms into your creative workflows.
- Able and willing to work outside of typical working hours to collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage projects across the globe.
Benefits
- Be part of a diverse team that’s as global as it gets — where every voice is heard and 50+ nationalities build together.
- Level up with internal trainings covering AI fundamentals, coding, foreign languages, and a wide range of personal development skills.
- Feed your curiosity with access to Spotify, LinkedIn Learning, Blinkist, MasterClass, and CloudGuru.
- Become a Shareowner through our eligibility-based “ESOP” and own a piece of what you build.
- Help build the team you want to work with and enjoy rewarding referral bonuses.
- Opportunities to give back to your community through volunteering and purpose-driven social impact projects.
- From global retreats to team-building activities, expect year-round events that turn into lifelong memories.
