Role Description Remote Recruitment is hiring a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and optimise delivery pipelines for a UK-based technology team. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll bridge development and operations — improving deployment speed, reliability, and scalability. - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery - Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure using infrastructure-as-code - Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tools across all environments - Collaborate with developers to improve build, test, and deployment processes - Maintain security best practices across infrastructure and pipeline configurations Qualifications - 4+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience - Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI - Proficiency in Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Reliable fibre internet and a dedicated home workspace Benefits - Salary: R35,000 per month - Full-time, permanent remote position - Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) - Equipment provided - 20 days paid leave Company Description Remote Recruitment welcomes all applicants.
