Organizational Change Management Leader – PLM

• Lead and manage OCM workstreams for large, complex transformation programs, providing senior-level leadership and direction • Shape client transformation agendas by identifying change opportunities, defining value drivers, and building actionable OCM roadmaps • Partner with executive stakeholders to align vision, priorities, and success metrics • Define and execute comprehensive OCM strategies across key dimensions, including: o Change strategy and governance o Stakeholder engagement and alignment o Communications and change narrative o Learning and capability development o Business readiness and transition support • Drive development and execution of all OCM deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact • Apply a human-centered approach to transformation, focusing on behaviors, mindset shifts, and user adoption • Design and deliver change interventions (e.g., training, communications, change networks, cultural initiatives) to embed new ways of working • Articulate compelling case-for-change narratives and coach executive sponsors on effective communication and influence • Support the design and operation of transformation offices (e.g., PMO/TMO), ensuring alignment between OCM, business, and technology workstreams • Integrate change management into overall program execution, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and delivery milestones • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine change strategies to improve outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering OCM for PLM-led business transformations
  • Experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations involving:
  • o Process redesign or operating model change
  • o Multi-year, multi-wave deployments
  • o Cross-functional stakeholder engagement (business and IT)
  • Strong expertise in core OCM disciplines (stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training, and readiness)
  • Experience in industries such as Discrete Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, or Retail
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and multi-vendor environments
  • Deep understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing domains
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to influence C-suite leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI)
