• Own customer-facing product documentation and release communications • Direct AI agents — write precise prompts and orchestrate agent pipelines to draft documentation • Audit for accuracy — catch factual errors and version mismatches • Calibrate for audience — adapt content for end users, clinic admins, and technical integrators • Maintain voice and brand — uphold the style across all customer-facing documentation • Partner with product and design teams to create in-product UI text • Manage source inputs — pull from and reconcile documentation pipeline inputs • Improve processes — refine prompt templates, review checklists, and tooling • Manage translations and documentation localization across products • Define and maintain documentation standards, templates, review processes, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in technical writing, product documentation, or developer communications — ideally in a SaaS or healthcare software environment
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI writing assistants, or agent workflows) in a production documentation context
- Strong information architecture instincts
- Sharp accuracy auditing skills
- Experience working directly with product management and engineering in an agile/sprint environment
- Familiarity with ADO, Jira, or similar issue-tracking systems as documentation source material
- Excellent written English; concise, direct, and consistent under pressure of release cycles.
