Administration Specialist
FINRA
• Working as a virtual member and operational point of contact for advisors’ offices and providing task ownership, support, and coordination with other Commonwealth departments • Collaborating with various internal operational teams across the firm to research and resolve complex issues • Managing client data in Commonwealth’s CRM platform to create and distribute reports, prepare for client meetings and calls, and create procedure workflows • Submitting money movement requests and working with partner departments to resolve issues • Monitoring alerts and advisor action items and proactively collaborating on responses to time-sensitive requests • Building relationships by consistently providing the highest level of customer service • Collaborating with Sponsor Companies to research and obtain required documents • Use our account opening platform to open and update accounts, prepare documents, and send DocuSign documents to clients
Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in a financial advisory firm preferred; other relevant experience considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of CRM applications

Role Description The Senior Platform Engineer – MuleSoft Platform & Ops Automation is responsible for the stability, security, scalability, and automation of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across cloud and hybrid environments. This role owns the operational health of enterprise integration services, ensuring reliable API and integration execution while reducing manual effort through automation. The role combines deep platform administration expertise with DevOps and operational leadership, acting as the escalation point for complex incidents and platform design decisions. Working closely with architecture, application engineering, DevOps, and security teams, this role ensures MuleSoft remains a resilient, compliant, and high-performing enterprise integration platform. Qualifications - Seven (7) or more years of experience supporting enterprise-class applications, middleware, or integration platforms - Three (3) or more years of hands-on administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Strong experience operating MuleSoft in production environments including CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or hybrid deployments - Hands-on experience with Code, Container, and Artifact Repository tools such as Bitbucket, Github, Maven, JFrog, or similar - Experience with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Sonarqube, or similar - Hands-on experience with API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP web services, RAML, and OpenAPI - Hands-on experience supporting EDI and B2B connectivity and message exchanges with 3rd parties - Hands-on experience with Event Driven Architecture, Message Queueing, and Pub/Sub integration patterns - Strong troubleshooting skills using MuleSoft debuggers, flow analyzers, and performance tuning techniques - Experience with Linux systems, scripting (Python, Bash, etc), and automation for platform operations - Ability to communicate technical issues and remediation plans to engineering teams and leadership Requirements - Hands on admin Mulesoft platform experience – must have - Hands on admin Webmethods experience – nice to have (legacy architecture) - Platform Stability and Reliability - Automation and DevOps Enablement - Production Incident Leadership - Security and Compliance Alignment - Cross-Team Collaboration - Technical Problem Solving - Operational Documentation Discipline Benefits - Primarily office or remote work with standard computer and virtual collaboration tools - May participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to support production systems - Travel requirements: Some may be required for team building and major project rollouts. • Managing construction-related damage claims and supporting the resolution process • Serving as a key liaison between contractors, customers, and internal departments • Ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation • Drafting and issuing formal notifications to contractors regarding pending claims • Tracking the status of all assigned construction and field ops claims • Communicating with contractors and field personnel to resolve damage claims • Completing and submitting required reports on claims in process • Assisting in the development of process workflows and associated procedures regarding claims management • Traveling to EVV twice a year
