Together, you’ll bring content to life across the app, social, audio, and live event experiences. You'll write, produce, and edit content in a hands-on execution role. Expert Partnership - Serve as Dr. Sheryl's primary content partner, translating expertise into compelling content, and driving execution across the Good Inside ecosystem. Content Production - Write, edit, and produce tween and teen content for the Good Inside app, including written content, video, and live events. - Oversee how Teen content integrates into the Good Inside product. - Collaborate with Product on what's needed and when; bring a clear editorial point of view to those conversations. - Develop and produce off-platform content in close partnership with the Social team, bringing editorial judgment to what gets made and how it shows up. You track what's working, push to improve it, and don't wait to be told what to make next. - You're highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from idea to execution. - You're an avid consumer of social content across platforms. You follow creators, notice what works, and can articulate how to bring new ideas into our strategy. - You're deeply curious about the tween and teen years and passionate about supporting parents through one of the most nuanced stages of parenting. - You're deeply aligned with the Good Inside voice and values: emotionally attuned, nuanced, trustworthy, supportive, and always seeing the parent behind the parenting.
