• Support the development of our Supply Chain Analytics offering, with a focus on business planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement-related analytics. • Help shape selected solution areas, reusable assets, and accelerators, such as demand forecasting models, inventory dashboards, planning insights, or supply chain performance monitoring tools. • Contribute to the roadmap for your domain area, aligned with broader practice priorities, go-to-market direction, and partner strategy. • Identify opportunities to improve or extend our existing offerings based on market trends, client needs, and lessons learned from delivery. • Participate in client conversations, discovery workshops, and business needs assessments, especially around planning, forecasting, inventory, and procurement. • Translate client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, and practical implementation approaches. • Participate in proposals creations, RFIs, RFPs, scoping, estimations, and solution design activities. • Work closely with data, AI, cloud, and delivery teams to shape solution blueprints that connect business value, analytics design, implementation, and adoption. • Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery, providing guidance on supply chain processes, planning logic, inventory metrics, and business adoption. • Support project teams in designing solutions that are practical, scalable, and relevant for planners, supply chain managers, and operational stakeholders. • Help ensure that delivered solutions are adopted by users and connected to measurable business outcomes. • Capture learnings from delivered projects and client feedback to improve future solution design and reusable assets. • Manage, mentor, or coordinate consultants and specialists working within your domain area or project stream. • Share knowledge and best practices related to supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytics. • Contribute to internal playbooks, use-case libraries, reference materials, and training activities. • Foster collaboration across consulting, data, AI, and delivery teams. • Support the development of joint offerings and field plays with technology partners, such as cloud platforms, data platforms, and supply chain technology providers. • Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as webinars, client materials, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, or articles. • Stay up to date with relevant trends in supply chain analytics, planning technology, AI-enabled forecasting, and inventory optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Around 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following domains: planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Experience working with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, ideally including dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support solutions.
  • Practical understanding of key supply chain processes and metrics, such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
  • Experience supporting or leading client-facing work, such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery.
  • Experience managing people, leading a project stream, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts.
  • Good understanding of how modern BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools can support planning, forecasting, and inventory-related business decisions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex supply chain and analytics topics to business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
