• Lead the SQE workstream and maintain the deliverables plan (qualification, audits, inspections, document reviews, validations/releases) while reporting progress and risks to project governance. • Coordinate notifications for witness points / hold points / inspections and ensure follow-up. • Facilitate the qualification team to review, validate and approve supplier documentation and results. • Define and coordinate risk-based surveillance with hold points / witness points proportionate to the scope’s complexity and criticality, and adjusted according to supplier performance. • Apply RCC‑M, ISO 19443, ASME III, ESPN/PED, IAEA or client-specific requirements, and review relevant project deliverables. • Drive NCR activities and problem resolution, verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, incorporate prevention and lessons learned, manage the supplier risk matrix/scorecard and lead improvement plans. • Represent the SQE function at client/authority meetings, readiness reviews and audits, and align inspection/test strategies and documentation expectations. • Participate in the RFQ phase and upstream supplier scouting with Procurement to support project bids and help develop a high-performing supply chain for projects.

• Support production and non-production JO and Analytics environments across regions; troubleshoot incidents with peers and TechOps; contribute to root-cause analysis and follow-up improvements. • Build and maintain Bash and Python scripts and small tools for deployments, diagnostics, data/ops workflows, and reducing manual toil. • Contribute to Azure DevOps pipelines, Terraform-managed AWS resources, and Kubernetes (EKS) workloads; follow Git-based change practices and team standards. • Help operate monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch); tune dashboards and runbooks so issues are visible early. • Coordinate with Development, Professional Services, and Support on releases, environment needs, and customer-impacting work; communicate clearly in a distributed team. • Write runbooks, READMEs, and handoffs for systems you touch; make it easy for the next engineer to operate what you built. • Question how things work, propose safer/faster patterns, and adopt modern DevOps, cloud, and data pipeline (ETL/streaming) practices where they fit our stack.

• Work directly with customer teams to drive discovery, design, configuration, validation, piloting, deployment and support of Microsoft cloud and on-premises security capabilities. • Work across Cyclotron business units to provide a holistic approach that combines your areas of expertise in identity & device management with threat protection, compliance, and more. • Contribute to the development of new Identity and Device Management services offered by Cyclotron. • Engage with other Cyclotron and customer teams to get and share information to improve processes and security posture.
