Digital Sales Representative

Intuitive

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced digital salesperson, with the experience in digital technologies to join us in an important period of growth in the Nordics. • This position will require someone with a can-do mentality and with the ability to execute on our sales strategy. • This person should also not be shy of being hands-on and willing to roll-up their sleeves when it comes to getting projects implemented and new digital programs started. • The position is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationship with customers to identify sales opportunities within existing and new-targeted accounts. • Where needed the DSR will next to closing deals also be supporting or customer onboardings, workflow analyses and optimizations, customer training and application support. • The DSR will hold customer meetings, support sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations, product demos remotely, onsite and at tradeshows. • The job will consist of embracing our Digital Solutions and drive further expansion of our digital offering. • As the spearhead on the commercial activities at INTUITIVE the Digital ProductsSales Representative also provides input and support in Marketing, Business Development as well as internal and external trainings in partnership with the regional marketing team and regional commercial teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Engineering or medical background preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices
  • 2+ years’ experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market
  • Excellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets
  • Ability to communicate complex IT environments to different audiences.
  • Experienced working with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery and Endoscopy in the assigned region preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in and English mandatory.
  • Travel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international)
