Accounting Associate
Game Plan Tech
• Procesar cuentas por pagar (AP) y cuentas por cobrar (AR), asegurando que todas las facturas y recibos se codifiquen con precisión. • Asistir en el mantenimiento del libro mayor preparando y publicando asientos en el diario. • Realizar conciliaciones mensuales de cuentas bancarias, de tarjetas de crédito y de hoja de balances para garantizar la integridad de los datos. • Apoyar al controlador en los procesos de cierre de fin de mes, fin de trimestre y fin de año. • Revisar y procesar informes de gastos de empleados en cumplimiento con la política de la empresa. • Mantener registros financieros digitales y físicos organizados para preparación de auditorías. • Asistir en la preparación y presentación oportuna de declaraciones de impuestos estatales y locales. • Asistir con presentaciones de impuestos, solicitudes de auditoría y proyectos financieros especiales según se asigne.
Job Requirements
- Licenciatura en contabilidad, finanzas o área relacionada requerida
- 0-4 años de experiencia profesional en contabilidad o un rol financiero relacionado (¡las pasantías cuentan!)
- Competencia técnica en Excel (o Google Sheets) avanzada (Tablas dinámicas, VLOOKUPs)
- Familiaridad con software contable (por ejemplo, QuickBooks, Unanet) es un plus
- Alto nivel de precisión en la entrada de datos y reportes financieros
- Capacidad para comunicarse claramente con departamentos internos y proveedores externos
- Discreción absoluta al manejar información financiera confidencial
- Interés demostrado en aprovechar procesos contables impulsados por IA para mejorar la eficiencia.
