• Responsible for the design and development of front-end components assisted by AI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products. • Consume RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems. • Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices. • Utilize AI to assist in the design and development of front-end components. • Implement AI-driven code generation to accelerate engineering efforts. • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for applications. • Utilize AI for automated test case generation and test execution. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers for requirements gathering and implementation. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

• Own the full RMF lifecycle from system categorization through ATO and continuous monitoring • Author and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and SCTM documentation • Coordinate with government AOs, SCAs, and ISSOs across programs • Manage NIST SP 800-53 control implementation, testing, and evidence collection • Govern the security posture of AI and ML systems operating within classified enclaves • Assess novel risks introduced by LLMs and agentic workflows in DoW environments • Apply DISA STIGs and DoW cloud SRG requirements across IL4–IL6 deployments • Support JSIG and ICD 503 requirements where SAP/SCI accreditation applies • Interpret evolving guidance — CMMC 2.0, NSM-8, DoW AI Ethics Principles — and translate into action before it becomes mandatory • Define security approval pathways for AI tools where none yet exist • Build lightweight security review processes that enable engineering teams rather than blocking them • Serve as the primary liaison with government ISSOs, AOs, and DCSA representatives • Communicate risk clearly to non-security audiences including engineers and program leads • Mentor junior ISSOs and build security-awareness culture across the organization

• Join a cross-functional product team supporting Government Logistics • Develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models • Design and build data pipelines that integrate authoritative Government systems • Translate ambiguous mission questions from government leaders into analytical problems • Productionize models within government environments complying with DoD RMF and controls • Document methodology for government stakeholders to defend model-informed decisions

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions on GCP • Utilize Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning and management of cloud resources • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes • Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions • Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to federal security standards and compliance regulations • Work closely with development and security teams

• Own, maintain, and optimize the company's core internal platforms including the Applicant Tracking System, ERP, and intranet/knowledge base. • Serve as the internal point of contact and subject matter expert for each platform, including managing user access, configurations, and vendor relationships. • Identify integration opportunities and workflow improvements across tools to reduce manual work and improve data flow. • Evaluate and onboard new tools as the company's operational needs evolve. • Establish and maintain data verification and quality control processes across internal systems. • Conduct regular audits of records, project data, contract information, and recruiting pipelines to ensure accuracy. • Develop and enforce data entry standards and SOPs to minimize errors at the source. • Partner with Finance, HR, and Program Management to resolve data discrepancies quickly. • Build and maintain a structured, navigable collaboration workspace that serves as the company's single source of truth. • Design and manage templates for recurring company processes including onboarding, project kickoffs, SOPs, and meeting notes. • Ensure company information in the Intranet is current, accurate, and consistently organized. • Train and support staff on effective usage. • Build and maintain operational dashboards that surface key metrics across recruiting, staffing, project performance, and financials. • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership • Translate raw operational data into clear, actionable insights. • Support the CEO and department heads with data-driven analysis for strategic decisions.

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users regarding GenAI Platform (e.g., platform access, capabilities, models, API usage, etc.). • Document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system. • Triage and resolve user issues related to platform access, Generative AI model performance, API connectivity issues, and other GenAI Platform functionalities. • Act as the initial point of contact for all support inquiries, including general questions, “How-to” and usability questions, basic troubleshooting, and incident reporting/ security-related issues, providing resources and support to cybersecurity related inquiries. • Help maintain a tech support playbook or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to manage, triage and track all tech support activities and inquiries. • Collaborate with Tier 2/3 and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges and provide customer feedback for platform improvements. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Platform features and best practices. • This position requires participation in an 8 hour shift schedule to provide coverage during core service hours from 0600 to 2200 EST on weekdays. • This position requires participation in a rotational weekend shift schedule to provide intermittent coverage during core service hours.

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users regarding GenAI Platform (e.g., platform access, capabilities, models, API usage, etc.). • Document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system. • Perform in-depth diagnostics and root cause analysis (RCA) for novel issues, including complex integration, performance, or latency issues. • Act as the initial point of contact for security-related issues, providing resources and support to cybersecurity related inquiries, and escalating issues as needed to the proper authority. • Directly collaborate with Generative AI Operations (GenAIOps) and Software Engineering teams to communicate complex bugs, test potential fixes, and validate resolution. • Monitor system health, performance, and automated alerts to proactively identify and address emerging trends or system degradation before they impact the user base. • Collaborate with Tier 1/3 and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges and provide customer feedback for platform improvements. • Maintain oversight into user accounts, groups, licenses, and agreements. • Maintain awareness of configuration of new GenAI Platform features and applications. • Proficiently diagnose complex issues across various Linux OS environments, cloud networking (VPC, firewall, routing), authentication layers critical to the GenAI platform. • Create and maintain a tech support playbook or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to manage, triage and track all tech support activities and inquiries. • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly technical support metrics, conduct trend analysis to identify recurring issues and inform platform improvements • This position requires participation in an 8 hour shift schedule to provide coverage during core service hours from 0600 to 2200 EST on weekdays. • This position requires participation in a rotational weekend shift schedule to provide intermittent coverage during core service hours.
