Liability IME Operations Specialist
Dane Street
• Intake new cases and review/verify information and requests. Draft cases by entering information into the Dane Street system, AccessDS. • Work with the client on any information missing that is pertinent to processing the claim. • Sort, organize, and create a medical document listing if required by the client and in accordance with specific special handling. • Assign/schedule new cases to physicians for review with the appropriate physician based on location, reviewer availability, specific guidelines, jurisdictional requirements, and other client requirements. • Ensure that the assigned physician has no conflict of interest with the case assignment. • Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure we meet deadlines. • Review reports accompanying medical records to ensure that the report is complete and that all questions posed by the client have been addressed. • Follow up with the reviewer with any additional questions or clarification needs. • Update clients frequently on referral progress. • Ensure the report is grammatically correct with no spelling errors. • Ensure each referral adheres to the QA checklist prior to the completion. • Communicate clearly and concisely between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team. • Must confidently speak with physicians and clients regarding the content of their IME/record reviews. • Update clients frequently on cases in progress. • Ensure proper documentation for specified cases is provided to the client.
Job Requirements
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
- Operations experience with technology-based processes within the business environment.
- Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines.
- The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines.
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

Role Description We are looking to hire part-time overnight Simulation Specialists, working within the hours of 12am - 8am EST. Simulation Specialists use digital avatars to deliver a wide range of simulation scenarios to provide individual learners opportunities to practice and master complex interpersonal skills. Role Description This position is part-time, with a schedule of 20 to 25 hours weekly. Provides a professional online presence and hosts virtual Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") services on various platforms by assisting with various aspects, including but not limited to: - Working in collaboration with the Virtual Client Experience Manager, case management teams, and panelists. - Ensuring clients receive the necessary support to meet the global standard of exemplary client service. What you will do: - Oversees the set-up and scheduling of virtual alternative dispute resolution services, check-ins, and overview/tour of the virtual platform. - Stays on sessions all day, when warranted, to facilitate breakout room management and witness management. - Completes administrative tasks, including case management support, cross-departmental assistance, data entry, and ad-hoc projects. - Responds to main line calls from select Resolution Centers and supports JAMS events with tasks that can be handled virtually. - Ensures panelists and clients are ready to start their sessions and provides ongoing support, including answering JAMS' hotline and troubleshooting technical issues live on sessions held throughout the work day as well as before and after normal business hours, as necessary. - Adapts and incorporates new initiatives and protocols on daily tasks and responsibilities. - Partners with management and the Talent Development team as auxiliary trainers on virtual ADR platforms. - Trains and sets-up shadowing opportunities for associate moderators and panelists. - Facilitates e-signature processes for settlement agreements on hearings, including after normal business hours. - Conducts virtual technical sessions and basic Zoom training for clients. - Other duties as assigned within similar scope.
