• Provide prompt support to our customer base via email, phone, and WhatsApp, with intensive use of the Zendesk platform • Monitor and organize requests in our systems, ensuring transparency • Handle a high volume of daily requests, applying strong prioritization skills • Process policies, endorsements, and invoices with attention to detail • Provide operational support for the company's collections management and team routines

Job Requirements

  • Position exclusively for candidates with disabilities (PWD)
  • Completed technical education or currently pursuing a university degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer relations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Proven ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Previous experience or strong interest in Customer Experience (CX)
