• You will support our team in an engaging mix of finance, administration, web design and customer communication: • You check and record incoming invoices, ensuring smooth accounting processes. • You assist customers with billing questions and work with them to find solutions. • You manage the dunning mailbox and maintain oversight of outstanding items. • You maintain contract data carefully and conscientiously. • You support our web design team in maintaining and further developing our website in Webflow. • You help organize and carry out trade shows. • You support customer service and actively participate in customer acquisition. • You pitch in with general administrative tasks and are a reliable support for the team.
Job Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in a degree program related to business administration, business informatics, marketing or a related field.
- You work independently, are organized and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You communicate clearly and amiably — whether by email, phone or video.
- You have a good sense for numbers and a careful working style.
- Initial experience with Webflow or similar tools is a plus but not required.
- You speak and write German fluently; English skills are an advantage.

Role Description The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the growth and achievement of CareAllies financial and business objectives through: - Strategic planning - Financial analysis - Reporting This individual will help manage the Company’s FP&A processes, including: - Financial forecasting and actuals - Long-range planning - Value-based care (VBC) contract performance - Support financial system implementation This role will support or manage key organizational financial initiatives, including: - FP&A - Integration (short-term) - VBC scenario analytics - Growth opportunities - VBC contract modeling This position will report to and work closely with the VP of FP&A and collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization (CFO, functional leaders, etc).
