Role Description The Staffing Specialist is responsible for managing the daily fulfillment of client staffing orders, ensuring the timely and compliant placement of qualified healthcare professionals. This role contributes to organizational success by delivering high-quality service, strengthening client relationships, and supporting revenue growth, gross profit, and market share. Responsibilities include: - Post job orders in CCH applications and coordinate with the Account Manager to fulfill client staffing needs. - Screen candidates for qualifications, maintain an up-to-date database of qualified healthcare professionals, schedule and assign staff to shifts, orientations, and visits based on skills, availability, and client needs. - Manage last-minute staffing changes, replacements, and call-offs effectively to ensure seamless service delivery. - Ensure all healthcare professionals meet compliance, licensing, and company requirements; partner with Compliance and Onboarding teams to address documentation gaps and reduce time-to-fill. - Assist with scheduling client orientation and ongoing training for new hires to ensure adherence to company and client policies. - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal team members to foster engagement, retention, and satisfaction. - Partner with clients to prioritize orders, prepare deliverables, and understand staffing requirements. - Submit profiles, coordinate interviews, expedite offers, and monitor healthcare professionals’ performance to support revenue, headcount, and fulfillment targets. - Monitor client demand trends, provide feedback to sourcing teams, and escalate issues to Staffing Managers or Directors as needed. - Conduct regular check-ins and complete evaluations of healthcare professionals to ensure performance, quality, and client satisfaction. - Achieve or exceed assigned performance metrics and participate in daily huddles; may cover on-call duties as required, including during Business Continuity Plan activation. - May be responsible for occasionally visiting local clients and healthcare professionals to meet the needs of the business. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment or administration. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams professionally; bilingual (Mandarin or Spanish) required. - Proven problem-solving abilities to promptly manage/address staffing challenges, client issues, and operational concerns, including last-minute changes and call-offs. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with staffing software, databases, or automated systems preferred. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, with experience partnering with leadership and compliance teams to ensure timely, compliant placements. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams. - Education: High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
