• Support day-to-day revenue workflows across Salesforce and related GTM systems • Build lightweight automations, structured templates, and repeatable processes that reduce manual work • Create and test AI-assisted workflows for account research, CRM updates, customer summaries, and pipeline insights • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness • Help maintain clean, accurate account, contact, opportunity, and customer data • Build and update reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and operating views for GTM teams • Analyze revenue data to spot trends, gaps, risks, and process issues • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and RevOps on process improvements • Troubleshoot workflow issues independently, then escalate with clear context and a recommendation • Translate business questions into clear analysis using spreadsheets, CRM reports, SQL, or BI tools • Learn how revenue systems connect, then help make those connections cleaner and easier to use
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, systems work, computer engineering, or a related internship or project
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, structured data, and business metrics
- A self-starter who can take a vague problem, define the next step, and make progress independently
- An engineering mindset. You break problems down, test assumptions, document decisions, and improve the system

Role Description This is a remote role. The role of Senior Global Service Associate (‘GSA’) forms the backbone of the HSP Group Customer service delivery experience. Acting as the primary contact point for our customers, the Senior Global Service Associate will perform and coordinate the delivery of accounting and tax compliance services. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax services. - Monitor and manage accounting and tax compliance requirements for clients, including tax and statutory filings. - Provide guidance to clients on accounting and tax best practices. - Coordinate with internal teams and local service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships both with clients and local service providers/teams to understand their needs and provide customized solutions with a proactive approach. - Support the development and implementation of new services and processes to improve the client experience. - Maintain accurate records of client information and ensure all documentation is up to date and complete by leveraging systems including but not limited to Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, Microsoft Teams, and any other related software systems. - Create service tickets and sense check data provided by customers and/or local service providers/teams. Role Description Seeking a Senior Cardiology Integration Analyst to support an enterprise cardiology transformation and Epic Cupid implementation. This is a 50% technical and 50% leadership role, requiring a strong blend of hands-on integration expertise, project leadership, analyst mentorship, and stakeholder management. This individual will serve as a technical lead focused on integrating and standardizing cardiovascular systems while partnering with clinical, operational, and vendor stakeholders. Location: Remote (limited travel, 2–3 trips throughout engagement) Contract Duration: ASAP – May 2027 Target Project Go-Live: April 2027 Pay Rate: $80/hour on W2 Key Responsibilities - Lead integration efforts between Epic Cupid and third-party cardiology applications. - Design, support, and troubleshoot HL7 and DICOM interfaces. - Support standardization and consolidation of cardiovascular technologies and workflows. - Serve as a technical advisor for cardiology systems architecture and interoperability. - Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership across the cardiology IT team. - Partner with vendors, operations, and technical teams throughout implementation and optimization efforts. - Support project planning, testing, go-live readiness, and issue resolution. - Strong experience with HL7 and DICOM integrations. - Deep understanding of enterprise cardiology workflows. - Experience integrating cardiovascular applications, imaging systems, and Epic environments. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - Experience mentoring analysts or serving in a lead capacity. - Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cross-functional initiatives. • Train providers and clinical staff on Lifepoint standard use of the athena clinical system and communicate and resolve issues for clinicians, vendors, and team members when needed. • Assist and act as first point of contact for clinicians as they use supported ambulatory systems to manage patient care. • Review known issues and receive new issues from users.
