• Edit 30–60 second Instagram Reels using raw job site footage and drone shots • Apply cuts, music, text overlays, and pacing consistent with brand style • Edit photo albums using Lightroom with brand presets • Apply color grading and deliver polished, client-ready photo sets • Create static posts and carousels in Canva using brand templates • Organize raw files from shoots into a clean, consistent folder system • Scout Instagram and TikTok for top-performing content in construction/trades • Support with basic post scheduling and content calendar management

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion + video ads, and supporting static assets as needed for performance testing. • Build direct response-first motion systems: kinetic typography, punchy transitions, UI-style overlays, callouts, infographics, and performance-driven effects. • Re-cut existing footage, adapt animated graphics, and create net-new variations for A/B testing and rapid iteration. • Develop moodboards, styleframes, and storyboards to align internally and with clients before production. • Leverage stock footage/imagery, SFX, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., image generation/editing, VO/asset support) to move quickly—especially for brands with limited existing content. • Maintain exceptional project hygiene: naming conventions, layer structure, and organized project files that enable fast handoffs and easy revisions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Stay on top of platform trends (paid + organic) and translate them into ad-ready creative patterns. • Deliver across required formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.) and placements with strong attention to specs.
