Role Description RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a motivated salesperson to join our Business Development team. This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with an outgoing, ambitious and self-motivated personality. - Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service - Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clients - Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed - Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets - Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new business - Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required - Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone - Proven strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills - Excellent customer service and project management skills - Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line - Attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis Requirements - 5+ years of business development experience - Experience with high volume (cold calling) - Financial background - Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment - Bilingual skills - High-energy with a goal-driven and adaptable personality Apply Today! Qualifications - 7+ years of US Enterprise sales experience - selling threat intelligence and/or adjacent solutions. - Existing relationships within a specific sector or region of the North America Enterprise market and a track record of successfully negotiating and selling 6-figure deals into these organizations. - Comfort in Enterprise executive relationship management, while also being able to engage with end users and develop them as strong Champions of GreyNoise. - A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota. - Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. - Past experience of thriving in a high-velocity tech sales environment. - Proven ability to institute a repeatable sales process to drive performance. - CRM Knowledge (preferably HubSpot). - Previous experience with PLG is a plus. - Familiarity with Enterprise cyber security functions, teams and goals; including SOCs, vulnerability management and threat hunting is a must. - Strong storytelling capabilities. - Experience in successful forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM. - Experience in a high-velocity, start-up SaaS environment.
