Senior Field Operations Manager

Abnormal Security

• Serve as the operational backbone of the Mid-Market business—owning day-to-day execution while acting as a strategic partner to the Sales Leaders. • Partner with Regional Directors and AVPs to strengthen forecasting, track team performance and productivity, and support ad-hoc reporting needs. • Proactively identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvement initiatives. • Build and maintain sales KPIs; drive the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. • Manage pipeline reviews, weekly forecasting, QBRs, and business intelligence workstreams; surface Salesforce feedback to improve scalability and reporting accuracy. • Own operational workstreams end-to-end, building and running AI-powered workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scale across the business. • Support territory planning, account segmentation, and equitable AE territory design in partnership with sales leadership. • Enforce Salesforce data hygiene standards—ensuring account ownership, opportunity accuracy, and field-level consistency across the Mid-Market book of business. • Deliver sales operational training across Salesforce best practices, CPQ, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach. • Serve as the cross-functional SME for escalations across quoting, pricing, deal management, tooling and sales process. • Champion the sales team cross-functionally partnering with Marketing, Finance Sales Ops, and IT to drive scalability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst role preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and an understanding of workflows.
  • The ability to own and manage projects in alignment with business needs.
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Background with Sales Systems, specifically Salesforce.com, but also Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Maps, Clearbit, UserGems, Sales Navigator, People.ai.
  • Strength in researching, understanding, distilling, and communicating complex business issues, ideas and analyzing business impact.
  • Proactive mindset, willing to see something that needs to be done and provide suggested solutions to get it done.
  • Enjoys working with numbers, and taking an analytical approach to solving problems.
