• Provide support to our participants via WhatsApp and email, primarily on weekends and in the afternoons • Triage and contextualize common questions about GLP-1 agonists: everyday effects, dosing issues, common side effects, and practical behavior tips • Recognize warning signs (red flags) and perform clear escalation or recommend medical evaluation, without making diagnoses • Assist with check-ins, documentation, and maintenance of treatment plans according to clear templates • Operational basics: shipment status, address changes, special cases, coordination, and clear communication
Job Requirements
- Excellent German, written and spoken
- Fixed weekend availability: able to reliably work Saturdays and Sundays, especially afternoons (approx. 8 hours per weekend; times by arrangement)
- Willingness to occasionally be on-call during weekdays (no fixed hours; ad-hoc cover as needed)
- Structured working style: documenting and setting priorities
- Experience in support/customer contact (chat, email, in person, or phone)
- Sense of responsibility when handling health-related issues
- Enrolled as a student (working-student status); alternatively, seeking a part-time position
- Relevant backgrounds/qualifications (examples): MFA (medical assistant), PTA/PKA (pharmacy technician/assistant), nursing, emergency medical services/paramedic, healthcare administration, or studies in nutrition/dietetics, public health, psychology, sports science, or health management
