🚀 Opportunity | Senior Business Analyst 🔎 Main responsibilities: • Act as the focal point between business areas and IT for elicitation, analysis and translation of requirements; • Map processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions aligned with strategic objectives; • Prepare functional documentation, use cases and technical specifications; • Lead alignments with stakeholders, ensuring clarity around deliverables and expectations; • Support the definition and monitoring of project metrics and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • ✅ Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Experience in the electric/energy sector is a strong differentiator;
  • Advanced knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) and analysis tools;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across organizational levels;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • CBAP certification or equivalent will be considered a plus.
