• Lead onboarding webinars to introduce new customers to Togal.AI’s core functionality. • Collaborate with customers to design and execute customized training plans for effective adoption. • Deliver focused training sessions tailored to trade-specific workflows. • Maintain up-to-date training materials including user guides and video tutorials. • Host regular “Office Hours” to support customer engagement and address questions. • Proactively engage new users to drive adoption and surface potential roadblocks early. • Act as a product expert to guide customers in optimizing their use of Togal.AI. • Partner with Customer Support to track, report, and resolve onboarding issues or bugs. • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and goal alignment. • Continuously refine onboarding processes in line with product updates and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Construction industry HIGHLY experience preferred
  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or support, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content to different user personas.
  • Experience in the construction or building technology industry a plus
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in creating training content and documentation.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, support, and success teams.

Role Description Quality Specialist- Medicare D Quality role administers the quality management system to manage the review of clinical processes, documentation, and patient records.
