Role Description The Referral Coordinator is responsible for expediting the administrative requirements of patient referrals between participating providers and patient health plans. The incumbent acts as a resource regarding referrals and insurance plan guidelines. This role requires the ability to interpret medical guidelines, benefits, policies and procedures in order to ensure the efficient operations of patient health care services. - You will expedite administrative requirements and logistics. - You will serve as a resource on referrals and insurance plan guidelines. - You will apply discretion, good judgment, and professional communication to all work experiences. - You will regularly utilize independent decision-making capacities and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent preferred. - Two (2) years experience working in a medical setting or insurance company. - Experience in managed care desired. - Experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding, preferred. Role Description Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. Role Description The Central Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician will serve as the primary coordinator for specialty medication prior authorizations (PAs), ensuring timely processing and approval of specialty drug therapies. This role will work closely with prescribers, patients, insurance providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal pharmacy teams to facilitate medication access, obtain required documentation, track authorization statuses, and support the reimbursement process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of specialty pharmacy and insurance workflows. This position can be remote, home-based requiring reliable internet access and a private workspace for confidential patient interactions. Must adhere to all company policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and security protocols applicable to remote employees.
