Manager, Supply Chain Systems Optimization & Support

Role Description - System Support and Troubleshooting - Oversee day-to-day support for ERP/WMS and ancillary systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Optimization Initiatives - Identify and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements. - Release Management - Create and manage a robust process for evaluation and decision making around opt-in functionality for Workday and other major technologies. - Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and roll out new functionality. - Knowledge Center Management - Maintain documentation of ERP configurations, decisions, and best practices for easy reference. - Performance Monitoring - Track system performance metrics and user feedback; implement corrective actions as needed. - Training and User Enablement - Develop and deliver training programs for existing users to maximize system utilization. - Responsible for all supply chain user security. - Collaboration - Work closely with IT and Supply Chain leadership to align optimization efforts with enterprise goals. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years in ERP/WMS support and optimization roles within a healthcare environment. Requirements - Strong background in supporting major ERP systems like Workday, Oracle, Lawson/Infor, Peoplesoft, etc. - Expert level knowledge of healthcare supply chain ERP systems and processes. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record of acting as liaison and consultant between Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare supply chain systems ecosystem. - Intermediate proficiency in database languages and Excel. Job Description : Position is remote, but if located in Miami will go into office 2 times a month Summary The Sourcing & Supply Manager II is responsible for strategic management and gaining consensus across Ryder through cross functional team building for potential implementation of strategic procurement initiatives. The procurement strategies, developed with team input, for the initiatives will be managed and implemented by this position. The savings will be tracked along with the quality and service levels identified in the strategy. Essential Functions - Supplier Interaction: Establishes competitive costing for required categories through a negotiation schedule process.
