Our company has immediate openings and is seeking Contract Lead Auditors for ISO 9001:2015 in the United States. • Size, plan and manage the productive capacity of the expanding medical audit operation. • Recruit and select new professionals (physicians and nurse auditors) to build the team across multiple states. • Structure and lead the national audit team, ensuring technical and cultural alignment with Arvo's objectives. • Oversee the daily audit operation, ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. • Develop and manage the team's and operation's success metrics (KPIs). • Actively participate in strategic review meetings and client and partner presentations, traveling when necessary.
