Job Requirements

  • Experience in the full procurement cycle, contract negotiation (SLAs, pricing), and vendor management (specifically for IT/SaaS)
  • Proficiency in 'Plan vs. Actual' analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting
  • Understanding of cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging
  • Knowledge of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and basic accounting principles
  • Experience tracking hardware lifecycles, inventory management systems
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query)
  • Proficiency in Jira/Confluence
  • Experience with ERP
  • Russian proficiency C1+
  • English B2
