Job Requirements
- Experience in the full procurement cycle, contract negotiation (SLAs, pricing), and vendor management (specifically for IT/SaaS)
- Proficiency in 'Plan vs. Actual' analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting
- Understanding of cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging
- Knowledge of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and basic accounting principles
- Experience tracking hardware lifecycles, inventory management systems
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query)
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence
- Experience with ERP
- Russian proficiency C1+
- English B2
