Senior Facilities Sourcing Commodity Manager

• Development and execution of category strategies within the assigned category spend • Lead corporate sourcing processes end-to-end for defined sourcing initiatives within the assigned category spend • Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives and deliver service, quality, and cost objectives • Advise management on ways to drive best practices, measure and track internal performance, monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization, and drive value through supplier relationship management within the assigned category spend • Manage Master Service Agreements and other commercial contracts to support business requirements, compliance, and service delivery within the assigned category spend • Monitor supplier performance, track key performance indicators, and drive follow-up actions to support supplier accountability and continuous improvement within the assigned category spend • Use category and spend analytics to identify sourcing opportunities, performance trends, and areas for cost and process improvement within the assigned category spend • Apply sound judgment to resolve complex sourcing and supplier-related issues and provide recommendations to functional and business stakeholders • Stay informed of industry trends, supply market conditions, and benchmark practices relevant to the assigned category spend
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Strong experience within Facilities or related indirect spend categories
- Demonstrated ability to use judgment to solve complex problems, assess information, and provide sound business recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver sourcing and operational outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with significant experience in job family group/function), or equivalent experience / knowledge

Role Description Be part of a growing lifestyle brand as we build out our Planning team at Greyson Clothiers. As the Men’s Category Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the DTC and Wholesale inventory planning for both pre-season and in-season time periods. This role is highly collaborative, and you will report directly to Senior Planning Manager to assist in development & implementation of annual assortment strategies, maximizing sales and profits. This role will also work cross functionally to provide analytics and support to our DTC & Wholesale channels. This is a remote position with occasional travel required to our Detroit, MI office as needed. - Provide analysis on trends and recommendations to influence cancellations, future purchases, and assortment strategies for the Men’s Business. - Analyze historic performance to identify areas of opportunity or risk in the DTC and Wholesale channels of business. - Deliver inventory recaps monthly to analyze performance, identify opportunities and develop recommendations that support the Planning and sales team KPI's. - Establish appropriate processes & tools to review product assortments; providing data & analysis to support decision making and serve as subject matter expert for analysis of the Men’s business. - Assist in the development of annual, seasonal, and monthly open to buy plans. - Understand inventory flow plans, while keeping the turn and GMROI goals top of mind. - Partner cross functionally with production and fulfillment teams to implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies and practices. - Assist in building pre-season class level forecast for Sales, Inventory and Margin in partnership and alignment with the DTC and WHSL channels. - Ability to adapt to a highly entrepreneurial environment and responds to changes positively. - Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills. - Working knowledge of NetSuite and Shopify e-commerce platform. - Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all cross functional partners throughout the organization. - Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. • Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. • Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations. • Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives. • Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies. • Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams. • Perform periodic market trend analysis in specific categories. • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client ready form. • Responsible for implementation, coordination and communication of regional and national programs. • Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers. • Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. • Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
