• Developing and maintaining working relationships with current and prospective suppliers of the Client, on behalf of the Client • Leading communication with current and prospective suppliers of the Client, on behalf of the Client, via email, phone and in-person interactions • Leading / managing the sourcing team of the Client • Assisting the client on commercial pricing and offer lists • Represent the Client at various industry fairs / events • Taking overall lead on Green Coffee sourcing process for the Client

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Prior experience in the coffee industry or agricultural commodities (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Canvas
  • Laptop / Computer; consistent, fast internet connection
  • Must be based in Colombia
