Lead Recruiter
Outsourcey
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across a range of roles and departments. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice and market insights. • Oversee recruitment campaigns, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring performance, time-to-fill, and candidate quality. • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners. • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and best-practice hiring standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and online sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and use insights to improve hiring outcomes and recruitment efficiency.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, hiring compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
