In this full-time, Monday through Friday position, you'll use your attention to detail and organizational skills to: - Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits accurately and efficiently. - Review coverage details and identify authorization or referral requirements. - Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain and confirm benefit information. - Document verification details within designated systems. - Collaborate with clinic teams and other departments to resolve insurance-related questions. - Maintain compliance with company policies and payer guidelines. - Support timely scheduling and registration processes through accurate benefit verification. - Deliver excellent customer service while handling sensitive patient information. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience with insurance verification, medical office operations, or healthcare administration preferred. - Knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer benefit structures is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
