Role Description Longbridge Financial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operational Excellence Analyst to support the company through process optimization, system enablement, and data-driven decision making. - 2+ years of experience in financial services, mortgage operations, or a related environment is strongly preferred. In this role, you will directly impact business operations by designing, improving, and scaling critical processes and systems that support production, compliance, and growth. You will serve as a cross-functional partner, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Process Optimization & Execution: - Analyze, design, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. - Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and drive remediation initiatives. - Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance meets business objectives. - Systems & Technology Enablement: - Partner with technology teams to support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and deployments. - Administer and optimize key mortgage operational systems. - Ensure systems are aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. - Data & Business Analytics: - Analyze business, system, and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making. - Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive productivity, quality, and performance. - Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration: - Act as a liaison across various internal departments and external vendors and partners. - Support vendor selection, onboarding, and implementation activities. - Ensure alignment across stakeholders during process and system changes. - Operational Governance: - Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and system configurations. - Contribute to audit readiness, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2+ years of experience in financial services, mortgage operations, or a related environment. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. - Understanding of operational processes, system workflows, and structured process improvement methodologies.
