Da wir in einer agilen Matrix-Struktur arbeiten, steuerst Du das Segment horizontal: - Du ziehst die Fäden als zentraler, cross-funktionaler Knotenpunkt zwischen Sales, Marketing und CSM zusammen. - Eine Product Commercial Managerin steht Dir als dedizierte Übersetzungsschnittstelle und starker Gatekeeper zur Produktorganisation zur Seite.
