About the Role: The Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth through high-quality, customer-focused sales interactions across inbound channels. This role focuses on guiding customers through the purchasing journey with a consultative approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction, product fit, and long-term brand loyalty. Sitting within the broader Sales organization, this role owns the end-to-end customer experience—from initial engagement through purchase and follow-up. Success in this role is defined by strong conversion performance, exceptional customer experience, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
