Role Description Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements. - Design, configure, and implement tailored solutions that address customer needs. - Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements. - Build prototypes, integrations, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product capabilities. - Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities. - Analyze customer data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. - Drive successful project execution while balancing technical and business priorities. - Provide technical training and guidance to customer teams when required. - Travel and work onsite with customers as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience. - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++. - Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English. - Willingness and ability to relocate to Shanghai for 3–6 months. - Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer. - Experience working with AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software solutions. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience building customer-specific integrations and workflows. - Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and automation tools. - Previous experience working with international teams and clients. - A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting. - A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background.
