Your work will directly shape how thousands of educators and small businesses operate helping them save time, serve customers better, and grow sustainably. You will partner with distributed teams in Australia and the US, working mornings (AEST) to connect and afternoons to create. Location: Preference for candidates based out of Melbourne where our Xplor office is located but will consider applicants remote in Australia & who have full working rights. Qualifications - Senior level experience in product design, with a focus on B2B or SaaS products. - Proven ability to lead projects independently from discovery through to delivery. - Strong experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications. - Advanced skills in Figma (including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems). - Excellent communication and facilitation skills and you’re comfortable presenting to stakeholders and running workshops. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across time zones and navigate remote or distributed teams. - A portfolio that shows user empathy, systems thinking, and design excellence.
