Role Description We’re looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our remote team. This role is pivotal for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier IT talent globally. About the Talent Acquisition team: - Our team consists of four recruiters, a recruitment lead, six talent sourcers, and a sourcing lead. - We plan to expand the sourcing team and improve our results by implementing a more automated, data-driven approach. Qualifications - Strong interest in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, and the IT industry. - Understanding of IT-specific sourcing tools and techniques: LinkedIn Advanced Search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Search, Github, etc. - Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing. - In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. - Intermediate level of English for communication with foreign candidates. - Strong skills in networking and relationship management. - A data-driven approach to sourcing strategy evaluation. - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and willingness to leverage them for research, sourcing, and productivity. - Curiosity about new technologies and AI-driven recruitment trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
