Job Description

Sales Executive

NETSHAKE

• Prospecting / Opening – You proactively reach out to new customers, identify potential, and open qualified opportunities. You won’t start from zero: we provide thousands of AI-prequalified leads that precisely match our target profile — no cold-calling strangers, but focused outreach to companies with real needs. No waiting for leads — you create momentum based on a high-quality, data-driven pipeline. • Setter phase – You qualify decision-makers, analyze business models, and hand over structured, pre-qualified cases to the closer — or develop into that role yourself. • Closer development – Gradually assume your own strategy and closing conversations with clear revenue responsibility. • C-level needs analysis – You understand business objectives, identify scaling levers, and position our solutions precisely. • Consistent follow-ups – You stay on it. Systematic. Persistent. Deal-oriented. • Pipeline ownership – Clean CRM documentation, KPI focus, and full transparency of your metrics. • Proposal strategy – You create tailored, performance-oriented proposals that deliver clear added value. • Process optimization – You think about sales with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively contribute improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – You think in terms of revenue, opportunities, and solutions. Ownership instead of excuses is a given.
  • Hunter mentality in sales – You love closing, master modern sales techniques, and want to win — not just participate.
  • Full self-responsibility – You organize yourself, take ownership of your pipeline, and deliver results.
  • Performance-driven – Challenges motivate you. You want to get better, move faster, and think bigger.
  • Goal & deal orientation – KPIs are motivation, not pressure. You celebrate successes — but only after the deal is closed.
  • Growth mindset – You invest in your professional development and want to grow from setter to closer.
  • Excellent German skills – Business-fluent in spoken and written German.

Benefits

  • Attractive compensation – Strong base salary plus bonus scheme.
  • Sales excellence – Exclusive training with Europe’s top sales experts. We develop performers, not administrators.
  • Shopify Academy – Deep product and market knowledge. Your knowledge advantage in the e-commerce game.
  • Fast-paced career progression – Clear growth structure, rapid development, real advancement opportunities for driven hunters.
  • High-performance environment – Systems, KPIs, and processes that have your back. Focus on closing, not chaos.
  • Maximum flexibility – Work remotely from anywhere or recharge in our stylish office at Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai.
  • Personal development every day – Ownership, responsibility, growth. The comfort zone is not part of our model.
  • Energetic team events – Winners celebrate together.
