Role Description Solar Complete is a growing firm in the solar power sector, dedicated to providing sustainable and renewable energy consulting solutions. Interns will work on Solar Design Projects via Work From Home Mode, including: - 200kWp rooftop commercial on-grid solar power plant - 10kWp rooftop solar off-grid plant - 50 kWp rooftop industrial on-grid solar power plant - 1-10kW rooftop residential on-grid solar power plant - 125 kWp rooftop commercial on-grid solar power plant Solar Complete will provide Solar Design & Simulation Software files via email. Candidates need to install the software on their computer systems and work on the projects under the guidance of the Solar Complete team. Tasks include: - Initial 1 Month Online training on Solar PV simulation software called PV SYST (Remote) - After training, candidates will shift to Solar Power Plant Projects Design work (Remote) - Internship is strictly for beginner level candidates interested in Solar power plant Simulation software and design training - Intern must have a laptop or PC with a good internet connection - Work on client-end solar power projects remotely under supervision - Collaborate in a team - Communicate with solar vendors, professionals, and educational institutions regarding renewable energy systems - Collect and manage technical data for solar power plants (in the form of presentations, PDFs, videos, images) - Provide solar plant details to clients for training and consultation - Work on renewable energy systems, especially solar plant design (calculations, costing, etc.) - Simulate, generate, and read reports using PV SYST software - Work at least 2 hours daily, with flexibility for additional hours - Submit work by deadline dates Qualifications - Pursuing B.E or B.Tech (3rd or 4th year) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, or Power field - Candidates from any Solar Power related education stream - Candidates pursuing B.Voc (Renewable Energy) Programs - Candidates from a master's degree in renewable energy Requirements - Laptop or PC with a good internet connection - Availability to work at least 2 hours daily Benefits - Stipend: ₹1000/-
