En Work and Study Travel, buscamos Asesores de Ventas apasionados por la educación internacional y motivados por grandes retos. El Asesor de Ventas será responsable de captar, asesorar y cerrar estudiantes interesados en programas de estudio y trabajo en el extranjero. Su misión principal será convertir leads en estudiantes matriculados, generando confianza a través de un discurso claro, persuasivo y cercano, brindando acompañamiento personalizado mientras supera los objetivos comerciales. ¿Qué harás? - Gestionar leads para maximizar conversiones. - Realizar asesorías personalizadas por WhatsApp, llamadas, email y reuniones virtuales/presenciales. - Explicar beneficios de los programas, resolver dudas y cerrar ventas. - Mantener seguimiento constante hasta la matrícula final. - Documentar y reportar métricas de avance y productividad en CRM. - Participar en ferias, webinars y actividades de captación. - Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas diarios, semanales y mensuales. Qualifications - Experiencia en ventas de productos intangibles (planes, seguros, banco, telecomunicaciones, créditos, call center). - Experiencia en tickets altos y manejo de leads fríos. - Habilidad para persuadir y negociar, generando confianza en el cliente. - Iniciativa y proactividad, con enfoque en resultados y resiliencia frente a la presión. - Interés en el sector educativo y comprensión del impacto del trabajo. Requirements - Deseable: Experiencia internacional o con clientes extranjeros. - Conocimiento de Inglés. - Conocimiento básico de redes sociales y marketing digital. Benefits - €650 mensuales + comisiones entre €90 - €1.165. - Alcanzando las metas establecidas, a partir del 4º mes el salario base aumentará a €850. Las metas mínimas son: 1 venta el primer mes, 3 el segundo y 5 el tercero. - Un ambiente multicultural, dinámico. - Capacitación y desarrollo para que te conviertas en un experto en educación internacional.

This ecosystem spans: - Agentic Cyber Platforms (ACP): Operationalizing AI as a core cyber capability through shared platforms, orchestration patterns, and governance-by-design. - Security Data & Observability (SD&O): Engineering and managing the Security Operations Data Plane, enabling high-fidelity telemetry, analytics, and AI-ready data. - Tooling & Platform (T&P): Ensuring security tooling is integrated, governed, and aligned as part of a unified platform rather than disconnected solutions. The Platform Consultant defines and drives architecture patterns, integration standards, and ecosystem strategy across AI platforms, security data, and tooling. This role ensures the environment evolves as a coherent, reusable, and governed platform ecosystem, enabling safe, scalable adoption through well-defined “paved roads.” You will translate operational intent into enterprise-scale platform design, ensuring interoperability between AI systems, data platforms, and tooling while minimizing fragmentation and maximizing reuse.
