• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre. Training may be provided • Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a business travel consultant
- Sabre GDS (native and graphic)
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Professional communication (written and verbal)

- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)

Role Description This role sits within Allstate Cyber Operations & Platforms as part of a set of Digital Product Teams responsible for building and operating a cohesive, scalable Security Operations platform ecosystem. This ecosystem spans: - Agentic Cyber Platforms (ACP): Operationalizing AI as a core cyber capability through shared platforms, orchestration patterns, and governance-by-design. - Security Data & Observability (SD&O): Engineering and managing the Security Operations Data Plane, enabling high-fidelity telemetry, analytics, and AI-ready data. - Tooling & Platform (T&P): Ensuring security tooling is integrated, governed, and aligned as part of a unified platform rather than disconnected solutions. The Platform Consultant defines and drives architecture patterns, integration standards, and ecosystem strategy across AI platforms, security data, and tooling. This role ensures the environment evolves as a coherent, reusable, and governed platform ecosystem, enabling safe, scalable adoption through well-defined “paved roads.” You will translate operational intent into enterprise-scale platform design, ensuring interoperability between AI systems, data platforms, and tooling while minimizing fragmentation and maximizing reuse.
