Insense | TikTok & Meta Partner
• Source, recruit, and onboard creators from the Insense marketplace and external channels. • Match creators with client campaigns based on brand fit, campaign goals, and target audience. • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including creator sourcing, briefing, content management, and performance analysis. • Support UGC campaigns in partnership with the Account Management team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers to encourage long-term partnerships. • Grow and manage a roster of high-performing creators for future campaigns. • Coordinate creator communication, negotiate rates, and manage deliverables. • Monitor campaign execution to ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. • Review content performance and provide feedback to creators to improve results. • Keep creators engaged through community initiatives, events, and feedback programs. • Conduct creator outreach across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Improve sourcing and outreach processes to increase efficiency and scalability. • Track campaign metrics, analyze results, and share insights to improve future performance. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client communication. • Work alongside the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to optimize campaign strategy and performance.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators across TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience building and scaling influencer outreach and creator sourcing processes.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and influencer content best practices.

Role Description Roamless's influencer marketing program has been built on strong creator relationships and a scrappy, hands-on approach, but we're at the point where we need someone to own it properly. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take the program end-to-end: - Identify the right creators across travel and lifestyle. - Negotiate partnerships. - Manage relationships. - Track what actually drives results. This is a standalone role with real scope. You'll work closely with our affiliate team and have an intern to support the operational side, but this is not a coordinator role.
