Role Description We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our hiring capabilities and move beyond reactive recruiting. This is a high-ownership role, you'll run full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche positions across multiple departments, serve as a true strategic partner to hiring managers, and build the pipelines that keep our fastest-growing functions ahead of demand. Success here is measured by pipeline quality, time-to-fill, stakeholder trust, and your ability to identify and fix the processes slowing us down. What you'll do - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and niche roles across multiple departments - Deploy Boolean search, networking, and niche platforms to source passive, high-tier talent beyond LinkedIn InMail - Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate personas, align on market reality, and set clear expectations on timeline and process - Deliver weekly data-backed pipeline updates to hiring managers and proactively flag risks before they become blockers - Maintain 100% ATS accuracy and track key metrics - Identify friction points early and drive changes needed to improve conversion - Diagnose pipeline stalls and take ownership of solutions - Manage recruitment timelines with a sequencing mindset, understanding that each step gates the next, and proactively moving every stage forward with urgency - Anticipate what needs to happen before it becomes urgent and keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable throughout the process - Design and iterate on interview processes that go beyond resume review, building assessments, case studies, and structured evaluations that surface genuine skill and predict on-the-job performance - Actively leverage AI tools across sourcing, screening, and process improvement, always looking for smarter, faster ways to get the best outcome Qualifications - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity - A track record in a high-growth startup or tech environment, you know what it means to hire fast without sacrificing quality - Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and hands-on Boolean search methodology - Exceptional closing skills, you've navigated challenging salary negotiations and counter-offers and can speak to specific outcomes - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience is considered an asset - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in a recruitment context, sourcing, screening, workflow automation, or process improvement - Advanced proficiency using ATS systems such as Ashby Nice to have - Experience building employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing programs - Experience hiring across digital and growth-focused functions, including performance marketing, product, design, and engineering Benefits - Flexible working hours - Work wherever you choose - Fun and casual work environment - We are a diverse, global team!

Role Description Martek Global Services, Inc. is currently looking for a Sr. Acquisition Specialist such as former or retired GS-1102, or military equivalents, or any individual with the required specialized training and experiences outlined below. Job Location: Remote; Salary Range: $85K - $90K The Contract Specialist shall have expert knowledge of Federal contracting law, regulation, policies and precedents, and related principles, policies and procedures to plan, lead, review, or audit the most complex procurement functions. Skill in technical and coordinative activities sufficient to lead work on a variety of highly complex procurement and contractual processes or reviews. Familiarity with business practices and market conditions sufficient to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance.
