Administrative Coordinator – Marketing Operations

• Manage five critical operational domains for our Leadership team: business travel, expense management, purchase orders, team onboarding/offboarding, and team logistics. • Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for the Marketing team. • Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards (P-cards) via Concur, ensuring strict compliance with company policies. • Initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) through internal workflows and manage vendor contracts. • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics, including IT provisioning and systems access (SAP, Workday, Google Workspace). • Plan and execute large cross-functional events and offsites.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in corporate operations, team coordination, or administration supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, SAP (procurement), Concur (expenses), Workday (HRIS), and quick to learn new enterprise tools.

Responsibilities - Report directly to the RCM Manager, ensuring all credentialing activities align tightly with billing and revenue cycle requirements. - Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process across Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance networks. - Conduct primary source verification and maintain credentialing databases with high accuracy and attention to detail. - Coordinate with licensing boards, payers, and internal teams to process applications and resolve inquiries. - Support backend documentation and privileging processes for new provider onboarding to ensure a seamless transition. - Ensure strict adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. - Proactively identify and help the RCM team resolve credentialing discrepancies, generating reports and refining administrative workflows during the pilot phase.
