Role Description Join our dynamic Platform Technology Advisors team as a Senior ERP Technical Consultant, where you will leverage your expertise to drive successful ERP implementations for our clients. You will lead workshops, configure Sage X3 modules, oversee data migration, and mentor junior consultants, ensuring exceptional outcomes. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering tailored solutions that empower small and medium-sized businesses. - Conduct client workshops to map processes, identify improvements, and design optimized workflows for Sage X3. - Configure and customize Sage X3 modules using scripting and workflow design to meet client needs. - Manage data mapping, setup, and migration, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live. - Lead testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth ERP deployment. - Create user guides, deliver training, and provide ongoing support to client teams. - Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage scope and deliverables. - Mentor junior consultants, review their work, and share knowledge to build team expertise. - Stay updated on Sage X3 advancements and industry best practices through training. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, including Sage X3 expertise. - Deep knowledge of Sage X3 modules, configuration, customization, and data migration. - Strong understanding of business processes and ability to optimize workflows. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and resolve system issues. - Excellent communication skills for presenting to clients and delivering training. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration. - Familiarity with project methodologies and adaptability to changing needs. Role Description Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking to build a team of seasonal Reviewers and Preparers to assist our offices nationwide. We’re hiring a core group who will work during the upcoming peak busy season. As a Seasonal Tax Reviewer, you will primarily review tax returns based on experience and may provide other basic accounting services with prior experience. This opportunity allows you to keep your skills sharp, work flexible hours during select times of the year, and stay engaged in the industry and connected with peers year-round. Role Description Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking a Senior Tax Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. In addition to the traditional roll-up your sleeves tax review and client advisory, the role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership team in each office to develop and execute the firm's vision. Role Description Our Seasonal Administrative Assistants are a key part of our front office team helping clients and providing support services for our accounting staff in a variety of functions. You will provide a variety of clerical and administrative services to our team. Your can-do attitude and organizational skills help you complete assigned tasks efficiently and with an attention to detail to ensure our work is of the highest quality. What you will do: - Organize, scan, file, and upload documents to project software, document storage systems, and web portals - Set up, modify, and close vendor accounts as needed - Update service plans and manage changes to vendor services - Maintain and update mailing and billing address information across accounts - Resolve vendor disputes directly or in coordination with credit card companies - Update and track spreadsheets related to property & casualty insurance policies, medical insurance claims, and other administrative records - Download, organize, and prepare invoices and statements for Accounts Payable processing - Utilize strong Adobe skills to edit, combine, bookmark, and organize PDF documents - Easily learn and adapt to new technology and work across multiple systems - Execute detailed procedures for each step of projects and internal processes with a high level of accuracy - Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone; schedule meetings with staff as needed - Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a flexible and positive attitude Qualifications - Professional office experience 3 years +, proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and organizing PDF documents - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Independent worker and learner, willingness to take on new tasks - Ability to self-manage projects, proactive problem solving, analytical skills - Ability to learn, understand and utilize new technology systems quickly Requirements - The expected salary range for this role is $16 - $30 per hour, which represents a good faith and reasonable estimate - Compensation decisions depend on numerous factors including bona fide qualifications and the facts and circumstances of each case at the time of hiring - Relevant qualifications include, but are not limited to employee education, training, skillset, credentials/certifications, relevant work experience, geographic work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal level and peer equity, and market considerations Benefits - Seasonal position with around 40+ hours per week, starting ASAP through October 30, 2026 - Open to fully remote working Pacific Time hours
