New Business Development Advisor

Role Description The New Business Development Advisor reports to the Director of Sales, Events but also works closely with the Division VPs for Varsity All Star Fashion. Responsible for assigned all star accounts and the sales success of the Small Gym Summit Championship. Event travel and attendance at staff meetings & trainings is required. - Establish a trusted partnership with customers and internal stakeholders. - Ensure customers receive value and satisfaction from all purchases and interactions. - Interact frequently with the Director of Competition Experience, Sales and Experience Advisors, and Fashion Specialist(s). - Connect regularly with regional leadership to report customer-related challenges and collaborate on solutions. - Gain new business and establish rapport with customers. - Measure revenue impact based on new account revenue growth and overall success of assigned account(s). - Drive opportunities for expansion within each account focusing on events and Varsity All Star Fashion. Qualifications - Strong familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. - High proficiency with Salesforce. - Proven customer service and sales experience. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve unexpected customer challenges. - Capacity to assist with leadership and sales training for the Advisor team. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years direct sales experience. - Experience in dance/cheer/performing arts is a plus.
