This role requires hands-on experience with Workday configuration, financial reporting, and integrations, along with the ability to manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets by assessing priorities in collaboration with stakeholders. The position involves a mix of quick-turn ticket resolutions and longer-term projects that may span weeks or months, requiring strong documentation practices and adaptability to varying daily tasks. This is not a Workday end-user role; candidates must have direct experience configuring Workday Financials, particularly within a finance function, to be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret General ledger impact, such as reading and understanding account posting rules and conditions - Management of Foundation Data Model (FDM): Manage and maintain Entities, Regions, Business units, Cost centers, Bank accounts, Worktags, etc. - Financial Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), including Revenue, Supplier, Expense, Customer, Payments, Tax, etc. using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields. - Test and deploy Workday, including executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new requirements or enhancements to the Workday application and integration support. - Design and development of new integrations and maintain existing integrations using Workday integration tools: EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Document transformation, etc. Education/Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Payroll, Intercompany, Banking and Settlement, Procurement, Lease Accounting, Inventory, Billing modules in Workday - Fluent in PSA – Professional Services Automation – Projects/Resource management - Understanding of Workday business processes and correlation to integrations - Workday Pro certifications preferred - Experience with Adaptive Insights preferred - Knowledge of HCM, Payroll and Benefits preferred - Knowledge of other systems: ServiceNow, Adaptive, Power BI preferred Target Compensation: $130,000.00/annual DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $93,100.00 - $139,700.00 Currency USD Type Salary
