• Create solutions for specific opportunities, highlighting unique strengths, methodologies, and demonstrating relevant experience • Lead the development of innovative and effective solutions with technical and customer domain experts, crafting compliant and compelling responses • Contribute to demos, proposals, oral presentations, and other customer-facing artifacts • Develop and translate the capture strategy and technical and operational delivery capabilities into compelling and compliant proposal content • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partners to refine and improve solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and our strategic objectives. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure that our solutions are feasible, practical, and innovative • Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities, foster relationships, introduce new technologies, and suggest improvements • Head up technical teams for Design challenges • Mentor team members and subject-matter experts, providing strategic insights throughout the proposal process and guiding overall direction • Apply knowledge of modern software development concepts such as agile development, product management, DevOps, and human-centered design
Job Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in solution development, with a proven track record of supporting **Federal proposals**
- Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps cultures and practices, with a bonus for familiarity with the Digital Services Playbook
- Knowledgeable in architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systems
- Understand human-centered design and product management
- Effective in cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals and motivate action
- Ability to transform expert insights into straightforward, persuasive content
- Demonstrated ability to write and manage proposal sections like technical approaches and management plans
