Senior Test/QA Analyst

Interfile

• Support the implementation and execution of the quality testing strategy for projects, including functional, regression, performance and security testing. • Plan, create and execute complex test cases, both manual and automated, ensuring adequate coverage of the software's functionality. • Identify, document and manage defects and inconsistencies using bug-tracking tools, and collaborate with the development team for effective resolution. • Participate in preparing and reviewing test documentation, including test cases, test plans and result reports from the early phases (shift-left testing). • Analyze and report test results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders about software quality. • Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members, promoting skills development and the adoption of best practices in software testing. • Stay up to date on trends and innovations in software quality, proposing the implementation of new methodologies and tools that can add value.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in software testing.
  • Experience with software quality tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of shift-left testing concepts and strategies for early failure prevention.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development processes (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
