AI Business Data Analyst Associate
General Dynamics
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures • Work with SMEs and leads to identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted improvements • Break down complex processes into structured, logical steps that can be leveraged by other team members • Translate business requirements into clear, structured inputs for AI-enabled tools and workflows • Support development of context frameworks used by AI systems • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization • Support data preparation and structuring for AI use cases • Can travel up to 10% to Washington, D.C.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science / Associates Degree/ High School Degree
- Related experience with BA/BS or Associates with 2 years of relevant experience, High School Degree 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with creative mindset
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other program members and stakeholders
